Customer Care Team

Our practice manager is Jackie Price.

Jackie has over 20 years experience in running the practice and has attended many training courses on technical skills, customer care and Practice management.

Jackie,Paul,Clare Holly and Becky are responsible for the dispensing of spectacles. They make sure your new glasses look and feel good as well as meeting your requirements.

Providing further support are Optical Assistants Shelly ,Lynn ,Marie and Front of House Team Leader Jackie G 

We have Clare running the Marketing Department at Oldbury and Cruickshank and Sandra is in charge of Human Resources with Jenny and and Alex taking care of the accounts.
